Now you CAN Quit Smoking in 2018!

So January is the month that most people set out New Year resolutions including of course to give up smoking, quit nicotine, to give up cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, chewing tobacco, nicotine gum, and all forms of nicotine products including electronic cigarettes otherwise known as e-cigs.

By now many people would have failed, or at least suspended their committed quit, only to revert back to the slavery of nicotine addiction once more.

As the old saying goes “I can give up smoking any time I want. I’ve given up counting how many times that I’ve stopped smoking.”

Last week my work was featured in two articles in the Mail Online both in the UK and also in the US. One article featured how I helped their deputy editor to quit smoking in just one session. The other article revealed how I was the celebrity hypnotherapist who had helped ‘Hello” megastar singer Adele to stop smoking successfully last year, which I’m very proud to have helped her to achieve. Honour! Now I believe her voice is even more beautiful than ever, and her skin and health in the recent photographs and I’ve seen of her look beautiful and radiant! Hopefully her announcing to all the world press in Dec how happy she is to have FINALLY quit smoking cigarettes (this time let’s hope for good), will inspire her fans and the other smokers around the world reading about her achievement to quit smoking too.

It is no co-incidence that I have also just spent many winter months digitally remastering, and recording NEW additional support, advice and practical tips on how to quit smoking with my Award-winning App called ‘Quit Smoking Now with Max Kirsten’ – which I have just now re-released simultaneously as an iPhone app and the Google android in January 2016.

This new version of my app that has already helped thousands of people to quit all over the world in the last six years, now includes so much more additional content like inspirational Quit Smoking Fact cards, and two visual galleries with smoking related imagery, plus additional quit and extra support tracks helping you understand all that you can do to help your lungs repair, and your overall health to improve quickly with essential information.

I also included my unique ’60 second craving buster’ technique that I teach all my private clients at my Max Kirsten Clinic in London.

And I have also included a new SOS button that plays you a 4 minute video of me literally talking you down from the emergency risk of having a nicotine relapse of any kind.

So this App not only helps you to stop smoking, it helps you to stay stopped. Good luck! Max

‘Hello’ singer Adele stops smoking and says goodbye to 20-a-day cigarette habit

Mail Online

Adele paid a secret visit to hypnotherapist-to-the-stars Max Kirsten.

  • Adele visited Max Kirsten at his London clinic in August 2015
  • She hasn’t smoked since the 3-hour, £480 session
  • She had previously tried numerous times to stop after warning from doctor
  • Max Kirsten ‘helped her to see herself as a fit and healthy singer’

Singer Adele kicked her 20-a day cigarette habit with a secret visit to a London hypnotherapist famous for helping celebrities quit, the can reveal. The British singer spent 3 hours with renowned addiction specialist Max Kirsten in August 2015 after five-years of failed attempts to stop.

She announced that she had finally knocked the habit on the head in a Rolling Stone interview before Christmas but didn’t explain how. ‘I absolutely loved it, but it’s not that f****** cool when I’m dying from a smoking-related illness and my kid is, like, devastated’, she said.

Adele paid a visit to see one of the most eminent hypnotherapists, Max Kirsten, at his London clinic in August 2015 after doctors warned her that her 20-a day habit could spell the end of her singing career

After losing her voice completely in 2011, canceling shows and undergoing surgery, she was told by doctors to quit her habit or face the end of her career. She had a failed session with Harley Street hypnotist Susan Hepburn in 2014 in an attempt to give up for good but she relapsed. Her trip to Max Kirsten’s Knightsbridge clinic came just months before the release of her smash hit single Hello.

Kirsten, author of self-help book Find Yourself to Help Yourself boasts an impressive roll-call of celebrities he has helped to quit, including Ewan Mcgregor (25-a day), Oscar nominee Tom Hardy and even, it is rumoured, Prime Minister David Cameron. At the time Mcgregor said: ‘I didn’t think I would ever be able to give up and he (Max) made it effortless – very easy’

Adele’s treatment, as with all Kirsten’s patients, was tailor-made and involved a pre-hypnotherapy discussion to better understand the nature of her habit. To coincide with the New Year, Kirsten has just re-launched his award-winning stop smoking app ‘Quit Smoking Now with Max Kirsten’, credited with helping thousands of smokers across the world kick their habit.

The app is rated among iTunes Top 10 Best Selling Medical Apps and voted #1 Stop Smoking App in The Sunday Times ‘THE APPS LIST’.

Max, a former 30-a day smoker said: ‘I’ve smoked in the cold and rain, I’ve smoked through flu and I’ve had those blind panics you get when you run out of cigarettes late at night. I know what it feels like to try and stop smoking using willpower or patches and why those methods fail in 85% of cases. Max has completed many thousands of hours of clinical work, specializing in smoking cessation, chronic addictions, anxiety and anxiety related insomnia, weight loss, public speaking and peak performance anxiety.

‘I have developed my own unique Quit Smoking Now Advanced Hypnotherapy program to help you to quit in usually just one session using my App. ‘The beauty of the app is that it gives people complete nicotine freedom from all forms of tobacco; cigarettes, roll-ups, cigars, even shisha, and all nicotine products including e-cigs, vaping, patches, pills and gums.
