How Do Virtual Hypnotherapy Sessions Work?

The first part of your Virtual Clinic session will be for Max to understand your desired outcome that you wish to achieve and make detailed notes. The rest of your session will be to outline his approach using Advanced Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP), and other Rapid Transformational Techniques that he will use as needed. ALL One-to-One Virtual Sessions include Hypnotherapy and NLP Visualization's in the final part of the session. At the end of your session you will have time for review and feedback. Usually depending on the reason for your virtual sessions, a number of follow-up virtual sessions will be recommended if if Max feels they are needed to complete the work.

Max also teaches mindfulness and meditation training for the ongoing maintenance of optimal health and wellbeing.

* Please note:  After your virtual session, you can also have a personal bespoke recording, made, edited, mixed, and then sent to you,  that he creates for you using his detailed notes taken in your original one-to-one virtual session. However, there is an extra cost for this additional Premium service. Please discuss this with his PA Sam, or with Max (himself) on the day of your session if you wish to have this extra bespoke personalised recording service. The recording production costs for this recording always vary in price depending on the length and complexity of your personalised recording to be made.

Virtual Sleep Coaching

Max Kirsten is also known as the The Sleep Coach, and for his natural drug-free approach in treating chronic insomnia in London, and other anxiety related sleep issues and conditions. He often works in collaboration with many sleep specialists, including the London Sleep Centre in Harley Street, W1 London.

The first part of your Virtual Sleep Coaching Session will be for Max to ask you sleep and insomnia related questions, and also personal health and lifestyle questions.  During your session he will be making detailed notes to identify the type of sleep problem, whether long or short term, a difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or both.

The second part of your session will be to outline his own unique form of ‘Mindfulness’ based Autogenic Sleep Training for Insomnia (AST-I), combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, (CBT-I), and also Acceptance Commitment Therapy for Insomnia, (ACT-I), plus learning the rules of sleep hygiene.

A number of further follow-up Virtual Sleep Coaching Sessions will usually be required, (usually 2-3), to fine-tune the approach, and track your sleep progress. Max will also want you to keep a sleep diary, and to practice his ABC of Better Sleep, and many other techniques to improve falling asleep, and if waking in the night being able to fall back asleep more easily. At the end of your session you will have time for review and feedback.

Max often recommends blood tests to check on hormone, mineral, and vitamin imbalances that often cause or increase sleep maintenance. Although Max’s approach is 100% drug-free, he often usually recommends taking a list of natural sleep supplements as part of his 'multi-modal’ holistic approach to better sleep. Advice given is always tailored specifically for each individual client.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia or (CBT-I), for short, is a sleep and Insomnia technique that trains people to use techniques that address the mental (or cognitive) and physical factors that are associated with insomnia. CBT-I is highly evidence based, and considered to be the gold standard for the successful treatment of insomnia. CBT-I is a completely different to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or (CBT), which is used most often for depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.
